About Us

A Leading Neighborhood Association

Eastland Gardens, located in Northeast Washington, D.C.'s Ward 7, is where water and land coexist with a true neighborhood community. Nestled amongst the Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens -- the Nation's only national park displaying aquatic plant life -- the Eastland Gardens community is bounded by Eastern Avenue NE to the north, the Watts Branch Tributary to the south, the CSX Railroad tracks to the east and the Anacostia River to the west. The Eastland Gardens Civic Association was founded in 1935.

We are responsible for consistently creating opportunities and care for our community. Our residents’ well-being is our top priority, and we plan events and provide services for exactly that purpose. You can count on us to amplify the community voice. We are the Eastland Gardens Civic Association, always there for you!
